About our workshops

Whether you are interested in our Oxford workshops or our in-house  workshops the approach is similar. We take the subject away from a lot of the technical jargon you may see and talk about it in plain English, we may even teach you some of the jargon along the way!

We work according to you, we listen and adapt the way we deliver the training to suit your needs, we take an approach which uses:

  • Practical application of tools, how do we use them, which ones will work for you?
  • Practical exercises, start writing a strategy, hands on use of tools, background basics – like page design, layout and format, how do we do it?
  • Looking at case studies of successful (and unsuccessful) campaigns: what can we take away from them? what can we learn from their methods?
  • Adopting basic theory around various areas of marketing – PR, WOM, traditional, consumer behaviour – how do we work these into our social media campaigns, how do we talk to people online?
  • Looking at digital, how does it change the way we run our campaigns? How can we jump on this rapidly expanding area successfully?

With both our in house and Oxford workshops it doesn’t stop there! We will continue to be there, so you can continue to learn and develop your skills in social media. Check out our  Voice Aftercare section below  for more details on how we support you after your workshop(s).

After our workshops we like to make sure you have all you need to run your campaigns, this is why, unlike most other training providers we continue to support you, everybody who attends one of our workshops receives:
